ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
 Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
 Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Hotel/Resort Management 
Fully computer literate
 Experience working on Micros and Opera
 Food and Beverage experience
COMPETENCIES:
 Strong Managerial Skills
 Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
 Strong Project Management skills
 Decision making and problem solving
 Strong financial acumen and administration skills
