Technical Sales & Market Developer (PRETORIA)

Introduction

This extremely challenging and rewarding position for the Pretoria area requires a highly motivated marketer / Hunter to expand our business base in the industrial and speciality gases and associated equipment inclusive of our specialised valve product range.We are the largest Global Gas Manufacturer in over 80 countries and are looking at building our top talent team.

Description

Service and maintain existing client base.
Sign and negotiate supply agreements with new customers in conjunction with your manager.
Marketing of full product range including welding equipment and industrial gases.
SHEQ conformance
Price and Margin Control within company guidelines.
Sales and competitor’s reporting.
Signing and resigning of contracts.
Work closely with and assist production and logistics with customer requirements.
Compile weekly and monthly Sales reports.

Profile

Degree/Diploma (3years) in either the Science or Engineering field.
Engineering Technical Sales experience or Product / Application Sales experience.
Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings as well as present to Consulting Engineers/Project Managers.
Good computer literacy in MS Office particularly Excel spread sheets / graphs and Powerpoint presentations and or Google Platform.
Valid SA drivers license.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Prepared to travel and lift equipment when required.
