Job Information
BRANCH MANAGER – Gaming / hospitality / entertainment (EMPANGENI)
The successful candidate should possess;
• Experience managing staff and management
• Control and manage stock
• Overall understanding of all aspects of the business.
• Control and manage Food Cost of all areas and company assests
• Analyse and interpret daily unit results.
• Working knowledge of labour legislation and labour law
• Understanding of gambling rules, regulations and acts.
• Knowledge of operational standards and procedures of a kitchen including preparation of all food aspects.
• Control costs of all facets of the business
• A strong sense of analytical skills, decision making, problem solving, results focused, self-motivated, strong leadership skills.
• Good staff relations to maintain a comfortable and productive working environment for all concerned.
• An independent thinker able to manage creatively and competently.
• Manage team performance across the board.
• Ability to Plan, organise, lead and control various aspects of the work environment and staffing compliment.
• Manage and develop customer relationships.
• Train staff on various aspects of the business.
• Have a good technical understanding of gaming equipment.
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Conflict Resolution skills
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
Grade 12
Driver’s License
Project Management Course
Basic Finance Course
Management experience (15 years), Hospitality experience (3 years), Gaming experience (15 years),
Computer literacy – Advanced Word of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pilot Software
