ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related qualification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certification is advantageous
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical engineering is advantageous
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and administration
  • Experience in document and report writing, minute-taking, costs and budgets
  • Experience in the electronic engineering industry and/or prepaid metering industry is advantageous
  • Good understanding of the fundamentals of project management
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – especially writing professional reports
  • Strong telephonic and email etiquette
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
  • Negotiation and networking skills
  • Professional approach
  • Commitment to customer service
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Drivers licence
